Mobile or Garage Car and Van Servicing

Servicing

Regular servicing helps maintain your vehicles performance and keeps it running smoothly between MOT’s and reduces the risk of a breakdown. At DSA you can decide wether to have you vehicle serviced at our DSA Autocentre in Sheffield or at home, work or a location of your choice by one of our mobile technicians. We offer a genuine alternative to dealer servicing so why pay more?

We offer the following 3 distinct types servicing options depending on your needs.

Standard Service Safety Check, plus oil & filter replacement

Interim Service

Every 6 months or 6000 miles (whichever occurs first) The Interim Serive is a 6 monthly service helps maintain your vehicle and is recommended by the manufacturer.

Premier Service

Every 12 months or 12000 miles (whichever occurs first) The full annual service to help maintain the performance and safety of your vehicle. This service includes changing the engine oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, fuel filter and spark plugs.

When is my car service due?

As a general rule of thumb it is recommended that your car receives a full service every 12,000 miles or every 12 months – whichever comes sooner.

Car safety

Regular servicing can help to identify potential problems before they become real ones. Servicing will make sure that essential checks are carried out to critical vehicle components such as your braking system and suspension to make sure that these vital parts don't let you down when you need them most providing peace of mind that the vehicle is in road-worthy condition.

Save money

Failing to service your vehicle each year to save a few pounds really is a false economy. Regular servicing can help to identify issues early on that could later become costly and expensive to rectify. New oil and air filters make for a smoother running engine and a more fuel efficient car, while addressing issues such as under inflated tyres will reduce rolling resistance and improve fuel consumption. A car with evidence of regular servicing or a full service history is more attractive to the second hand car market maintaining the vehicles value and makes it more likely to attract potential buyers and sell for a higher price.
